Cindy Omatsu has studied the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for eleven years. She received her Black Belt under Rigan Machado and Lekka Veira and is the first American woman to receive a black belt in this art.

She is an instructor at the Machado Academy located in Torrance, California. Four volume titles to choose from. Only available on DVD.

Volume 1: Basic Cindy starts by teaching some basic warmup drills, shrimping, triangle hip raises, bridges, shoulder rolls and leg circles.

Volume 2: Beginning Learn techniques such as front arm bar, American arm lock, basic choke from mount position, arm bar from guard, choke from guard, Kimura, guillotine and how to pass guard.

Volume 3: Intermediate Cindy teaches Omaplata, triangle, open guard sweeps, standing up in guard, sweeps, guard pass to side control and drills for feet and hands.

Volume 4: Advanced Learn some drills and techniques such as single leg takedown, side mount attacks, sweeps from guard, breaking arm bar grips, escapes from arm bar and more!
