I found a working Starcraft Drop Hack online for 1.16.1. Downloaded it and tested it and it worked. Thought I would share it here.
I did not make this hack so I can't take credit for it.
Here is the Readme.txt:
~Pythex Source Drop Hack v0.1~
DISCLAIMER: this is a beta drop hack that is not guaranteed to work. It is for testing purposes and still in development.
1. When in Starcraft channel, alt-tab out of game and run "pythexreg.exe". A popup message should come up saying that the DLL has been successfully loaded/registered.
2. If you do not receive a popup. Please run "pythexerrorreport.exe" to generate and email back to the pythex programming team.
3. Use /pythex to drop.
