Also if you use quickpwn to jailbreak your iphone, it is very easy and takes only 5mins or so to jailbreak. very easy.
and an easy way to patch mobileinstallation is to go to cydia on your phone. and add to your sources.

1. go to Cydia widget
2. touch manage on bottom bar
3. touch sources
4. touch edit on top right
5. touch add on top left.
6. enter 7. when you return to cydia after install, touch the hackulo.us source you just added and your should see a list of apps you can install
8. install MiPatch Firmware 2.2.1

now you can add cracked ipa files to itunes and sync them to iphone. much easier then the winscp method
