The Three Stooges- Hoi Polloi (1935 film)
In a Stooge adaptation of Pygmalion, Professor Richmond
(Harry Holman), certain that environment and not heredity
dictates social behavior, bets one of his peers, Professor
Nichols (Robert Graves) $10,000 (later extended to $3 million)
that he can turn three boors into gentlemen through environment
and proper training. Naturally, the Stooges, who are garbage
men, are discovered and made the subjects of the wager. After
many attempts to teach them proper etiquette (including a dance
class punctuated by an errant bee), the Stooges will decide the
wager by their behavior at a fancy society party.

The Three Stooges -HOKUS POKUS
The Stooges have been taking care of Mary, their invalid
downstairs neighbor who is confined to a wheelchair after an
accident. What they don't know is that Mary is faking her
injuries for the insurance money. The boys have jobs hanging
posters at the theatre, where they run into The Great Svengar
lic. They try to talk him into curing Mary, but instead they are
hypnotized by him, and he instructs them to go out on a
flagpole and dance, many stories above the street. They come to
when Svengarlic is knocked out by a bicyclist, and find
themselves clinging to the flagpole for dear life. When the
flagpole breaks they crash through the window of the insurance
adjustor, causing Mary jump to her feet and revealing her fraud.
The Three Stooges- Oily To Bed, Oily To Rise
The Widow has just sold her farm to three swindlers. Meanwhile, Curly has the uncanny ability to make his wishes come true. He wishes for a car and finds one, which they drive to the Widow Jenkins' farm. They repay her for a nice meal by fixing her water pump. While they work, they discover an oil well. The boys tell Mrs. Jenkims the news, but realize she was swindled. The Stooges search for the crooks, who they find walking down the road. They find the deed to Mrs. Jenkins' property and return it. They win the love of Mrs. Jenkins' three daughters and get married.
Sing a Song of Six Pants (1947)
The stooges are tailors, and are heavily in debt to the Skin & Flint finance company. When the boys read about the big reward for a fugitive robber, they think it could be the answer to their problems. The bank robber conveniently ducks into their shop and leaves a suit with a safe combination. After his girl friend fails to retrieve it, the robber returns with gang and a wild fight ensues. The boys miss out on the reward but wind up with the crook's bankroll and can pay their creditors
The Three Stooges-SLIPPERY SILKS
Mr. Morgan borrows a valuable antique Chinese cabinet worth $50,000 from the museum, wanting an exact duplicate made, only to have three bungling carpenters (the Stooges) destroy it. After the Stooges flee, they find that they've inherited their Uncle Pete's dress shop, the "Madame de France." Mrs. Morgan has the new owners put on a fashion show for her friends, where Mr. Morgan finds the vandals who ruined the cabinet and exacts his revenge!
Three Stooges: So Long Mr. Chumps
The boys get thrown into prison, in the hopes of finding convict # 41144, whom they believe to be "an honest man." Upon finding their man, they attempt to break out of prison by painting the prison uniforms to look like guard uniforms, expect they FORGET to paint the BACKS of the prison uniforms

ThreeStooges- SOCK-A-BYE BABY
In this Three Stooges episode, a woman leaves a baby on the Stooges doorstep. The boys take in the baby, and even let the baby sleep in their bed. Also, they have a hard time changing the baby's diaper (hint: they test how big the diaper should be on Curly), and try to feed the baby things like an artichoke and spagetti. Then, they read in the newspaper that a baby was kidnapped and the police were with the baby's mother wanting the baby. A car chase ensues with the baby in the back. The Stooges cover the car with a tent to get away from the cops. In the end, the baby's mother and father (who was one of the police officers) gets their baby back and the Stooges run off in haystacks.
The Three Stooges -Some More of Samoa
The Three Stooges are tree surgeons in this comic short. An irascible old man is driving both his wife and his nurse up a wall. But instead of being concerned about his own illness, he's worried about his tree, a rare "puglis persimmon." The Stooges, also known as the Elite Painless Tree Surgeons ("the biggest Grafters in town"), show up, force the nurse out of the room, and get to work. The wife and nurse believe the Stooges are real surgeons and they panic when they hear that Moe is determined to "saw off a limb." Actually, the tree isn't really in need of surgery -- it's just lonely. The only female puglis persimmon, however, is located on the South Sea island of Rhum Boogie. The old man offers the boys ten thousand dollars to bring it back, so they head for the island. Once they get there, they discover Rhum Boogie is infested with cannibals -- and unless Curly marries the chief's ugly sister, they will be the next meal. The guys manage to get away, but the little boat they escape in promptly sinks
